Former TNA Knockout Ayako Hamada celebrates 15 years in the ring
By: SheriffLonestar Date: August 22, 2013, 5:39 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
Ayako Hamada wrestled three times in what has been described as
a very entertaining Friday night in Tokyo. The former Queen of
Arison, wrestled male comedy favourite Kojiki pinning him with a
role up after some comedy tramp/exlpoding box tomfoolery. She
also wrestled in a tag with her friend Yuu Yamagata for a match
with Zap I & Zap T. Her Dad, former WWA Jnr. Heavyweight
Champion Grand Hamada came out for stiff old bout with new JPW
Champion Kana. Kana who never backs down from anyone male or
female took the fight to the veteran but lost to a TKO. Finally,
Hamada and Yamagata re-emerged (remarkably) to team up with her
former boss in ARISON Aja Kong to take on Leon, AKINO and GAMI.
Sounds like a cracking night to me.
To celebrate her 15 years of greatness her she is in one of her
most high profile matches. Akira Hokuto's retirement bout where
she had the honour of tagging with Joshi legend Chigasu Nagayo
against the Danger Queen Hokuto and "Best in the World" Meiko
Satomura (shes my favourite oh can't you tell?) lol.

That match was just so awesome, and Hokuto could not have had a
better send off I don't think. I got reminded of her this week.
You know Sin Cara dislocated his finger and stopped a match?
Hokuto broker her neck and didn't stop the match. She was that
tough.
If I find video of the event I will share. Kana is amazing by
herself, she prefers wrestling men because she can kick them as
hard as she likes and Aja Kong is well Fuckin' Aja Kong.

I don't like the men on women matches because well you do not
beat a girl up end of it .. That is the only thing what puts me
off watching Japanese wrestling tbh

Honest to God Kana is never going to get beat up by anyone lol.
She kicks harder than Aries, Bryan and Punk put together. They
kept telling her to calm down when she was a rookie 'cause she
was hurting to many people.

When she runs her own shows nobody leaves the mat, she books it
like a shoot fight. In fact her biggest money feuds have been
with shoot fighters. She pretty much got blacklisted about a
year ago for claiming that most Joshi wrestlers are to fake and
should retire. She is an interesting character to say the least.

She is but worth the price of admission. If you like Daniel
Bryan/Kurt Angle technical mat work stuff you will like her.
