Anyone Else Bothered by How TNA Just Drops Young Talent?

and i dont mean not paying for their healthcare or whatever
other bullshit, im strictly talking about bringing guys in,
signing them through Gut Check, or bringing them in once a year,
and then just dropping them out of nowhere, and never keeping
the good ones, or letting people truly develop.
its annoying as hell to me, its happened with Crimson, Joey
Ryan, Jesse Sorensen, Tony Nese, Rubix, etc.
it's like i cant even let myself enjoy or like newer guys on the
roster because they'll randomly be gone 3-4 months later, or 6
months. or they're sent to OVW and never return. it seems like
OVW is a death sentence more-so than a place to fine-tune and
       return to Thursdays.
this is fueled by the Sorensen thing, he has a good look, pretty
good in-ring, and im sure he could learn to be better on the
mic, and TNA just gives up on him.. just because he got injured?
so hes never supposed to wrestle for them again? thats stupid.
Joey Ryan they bring in with this huge/awesome storyline, and
then they do nothing with him. whats that about? they kept
booking him really shitty, never letting him shine as a heel
like he should've been. paired him with Matt Morgan for no
reason, then made him a KO ref, then let him go. such a wasted
       talent.
Crimson as well. the guys been wrestling in OVW for a year or
so, and ive only heard good things about how hes doing there,
then he has a good ONO match with Gunner as a team.. they bring
him back with a new gimmick that seemed intriguing, he cuts a
good promo, and then loses to Joseph Park and is gone? i know i
did read a report about him being injured, so maybe he's coming
       back, who knows though.
the rest of the guys im talking about (Nese, Rubix), why do they
only bring them in once a year? i seriously doubt either of them
are too expensive for TNA to keep, and both would be tremendous
upgrades for the X-Division. its like TNA enjoys teasing us.

Very true ..though judging by Rock star spuds impact debut the
other day ..I'd drop him he was truly awful ..I thought he would
be ok when watching boot camp but he looks like a fish out of
       water.
Liked all the other young wrestlers hate the way they are
       treated

[/quote] sorry chrissi but he was not very good on last weeks
impact... I am not happy with the way TNA used him very good
       last week ..
What is not good because it could of been the started to him
       getting a push....
I am with you on seeing him live He is so good. It was not the
best match he has had last week tbh

My feeling on tna at the moment is that it is a play in which
wrestling (sort of) breaks out now and again.
I dont know who is responsible but if the aces and 8s took him
out it would be the first thing they have done that makes sense.

I wish spud was used better that was his time to be a star ...
It did not matter if he won the match or not I just wanted to
see him look better like I know he can do..

Yes it does concern me that the younger talents get dropped. We
will see what happens with the current crop of fresh wrestlers
brought up from OVW but it does seem they rely on the older hand
a bit to much. Though good work on making Chris Sabin a breakout
       star.

yer but he is 31 now so not a young star... I think TNA have
got to make their own stars . They will cost them less in the
long run and will be better for them... You can not keep going
to ex WWE stars who are household names when you need someone to
set up to the main roster .. It will not work always (Chavo) is
one of them who was a Let down ..
