RVD Leave TNA on Bad Terms?

It looks like Former WWE and TNA Champion Rob Van Dam did not
have a good time in TNA. when he was asked on twitter by a fan
'why did you leave TNA' RVD had an interesting response, hinting
that he was nkt happy woth the way TNA treated him and it looks
like there is some bad blood still
Van Dam's last live appearance as a TNA wrestler was on a
February episode of Impact Wrestling, where he lost the
X-Division Championship to Kenny King.

TNA really missed a trick with Rob Van Dam there. After that
title match he had with Bobby Roode he was hardly seen on
Impact, barring his short X Division title reign. If I was
writing the story lines for TNA I would have done so much more
with RVD. They could have had some classic matches between him
and Austin Aries. Just imagine if RVD had beaten Bobby Roode for
the TNA Heavyweight Championship and it was Austin Aries vs. Rob
Van Dam at Destination X. I'm not trying to take anything away
from Roode but I think an Aries/RVD match would have been
better, their wrestling styles would have been better suited, in
my opinion.
I would have also liked to have seen a Samoa Joe/RVD feud. That
would have been good.

Also the way he lost the world championship was silly . But
there is no need to bitch and act like a brat . Tna took him on
when he needed them to ....

RVD is still trying to ride the coat tails of what he did in ECW
years ago. he has not evolved at all. he has no character and
can't cut a promo or talk on the mic to save his life. He has
stayed in good shape, but he looked like he couldnt care less
all throughout his TNA run. And lets not forget that they put
the title on him when he came in, so they did their best to push
him. He can't get himself over...that's the real problem.
Will be interesting to see what he gets up to in WWE.

The problem with RVD is hes not a main eventer anymore.
Hes slow in the ring but he cant see it himself. Theres also
only so many times we can see RVD vs Jerry Lynn.
Im grateful that i dont have Sky so i dont have to watch him be
an utter embarrassment to WWE (i usually Youtube the matches)

The one last match he did have with Lynn was remarkable for two
guys of that age. He does need to reinvent his self, because he
was quite clearly going through the motions in TNA, certainly in
the last year.

for me, the bottom line is this - he has never had a real
character and he can't talk convincingly on the microphone. He
has always relied on his in-ring ability, but that only gets you
so far. he has never had the whole package. In my opinion, of
course.
