Paul did this interview back in 2010 when TNA was wanting him
and this was before WWE got there hands on him .

Well yeah they wanted him to essentially be a manager for the
Extreme 2.0 faction, which was really a waste of his talents. He
was raising kids and wanted to doe something that was life
changing if he was going to do it at all.

yer and for me that would of been a wast of money for him to
co,e. back with the old ECW guys .. If he did join TNA he would
need to work in the back on story and just do what he doing now
getting the young guys over... He is one of the best out there
and he knows how too get someone over

He would have gone but they didn't offer anywhere near enough
money, they needed to basically give him a 30% stock share and
he would have done it.

I would disagree, if he was all about making money he would have
shut his mouth and got on with the job in WCW, he is more
creative than just being a manager and he likes having that
outlet. WWE for him is part time, and he will have a lot more
leeway to call the shots on what he says and does and who he
works with.

I do think he is moneybhurryq he will not go for nowt it needs
to be worth his time . But on the other hand they need to give
him something to do and something he will enjoy doing.

He is making money for WWE, I'm guessing they are very happy
with him. Bare in mind also aside from the ECW debacle that
really wasn't his fault, everything he has done in WWE has been
a money maker. Booking Smackdown, booking OVW, finding CM Punk
and believing in him when no one else would.
