Not sure I could get it down to 5. How the hell do you rate
'headcase'? Surely anyone willing to set themselves on fire,
roll about in barbed wire, playing with venomous animals, smash
themselves with hammers, break bones willingly and fall off high
objects is a flaming headcase whether you do it once, twice, or
every match. You seem to have all covered people I think of but
I feel kind of uncomfortable leaving some out or putting them in
some kind of order. Bit like saying 'yes, you only fell 20 feet,
I much prefer seeing this guy fall 40 feet and smashing his head
open'.

If you mean theatrically though, that's a little different.
That'd be more a Eugene, Boogieman, Mankind, Goldust, Blue Meany
kind of list. Might take more time to think on that one.

I've done some odd things in my life for a giggle, but wandering
around with live worms in your mouth takes the biscuit. Or
there's George 'The Animal' Steel who ate a turnbuckle!

That match is awesome, but Terry is crazy like a fox. Those
matches he had in his later career where when he knew how to
make a match look good with the trappings. The trappings
enhanced the story and added to the drama, as much as I love
that match the one with Ohnita at FMW's 4th Anniversary was
better. Double Hell Death No Rope Exploding Barb Wire. Don't get
to many of them nowadays.
