This template is what you use when you are testing people for
their rank on the discord channel. The test will consist of 3
games, or up to the Maj choice. Out of these games the one
directing the test must not give advice and or assist in their
matches, they are supposed to experience what it will be like to
have the pressure constantly on them, forcing them to perform.
The following is usually how I set it up for my testing to keep
it simple and nice.

Game 1-
starting it out.
Game 2-
first time. Bonus +5 if Game 1 had over 10+ Kills.
Game 3-
the first time and only time out of the 3 games. Bonus +5 if
either game 1 or 2 had over 10+ Kills. Bonus + 8 if both Game 1
and 2 and 3 all have over 10+ kills.
Score Sheet (This is the TOTAL amount of all 3 games!)
0-7 Kills = Rec {They do not advance to a higher rank}
8-10 Kills = Pvt
11-14 Kills = Pfc
15-18 Kills = Cpl
19-21 Kills = Sgt
22-24 Kills = SSgt
25-27 Kills = MSgt
28-30 Kills = 2nd Lt
31-33 Kills = 1st Lt
34-36 Kills = Capt
From now on I want a record posted on the applicants test that
I want posted in the PUBLIC Testing Results tab where everyone
can see how each individual tested. And see the performance that
will help us achieve greatness. Use the format below to post in
the Testing Result tab.
