Game Branch Management Policy
SECTION I: PURPOSE

SECTION IV: RULES AND REGULATIONS

solely by the branch managers counseling it will be forwarded to
the console director for further evaluation and determination on
outcome. Console director will inform the board of directors of
issue status weekly and final outcomes or reoccurrences in the
quarterly reviews. Any branch managers or members of game branch
that fail to meet these responsibilities and requirements will
be disciplined in the following manner:
1st Offense – Documented verbal warning of failure and
recommended corrective action.
2nd Offense – Documented Disciplinary Action noting failure,
corrective action taken by branch manager, console director with
30 to 90 day timeframe for implementation and completion.

3rd Offense – Immediate suspension of member, branch manager
responsibilities until a review is completed determining if
member or branch manager is fit for reinstatement. Once
determination is made then course of action can result in
downgrade of status or up to immediate removal from branch and
organization.

thru a request mass process that is forwarded to human resource
director for review by board of directors for best possible
course of action for a proper resolution of submitted
grievances; any submitted grievance must reviewed within 48
hours of receipt, Any resolutions findings, or otherwise will be
made by the board of directors within 96 hours after informed of
grievance.
