The Light Federation 'v2' Charter and Constitution

[center]The Light Federation 'v2' Charter[/center]
Article I, Honor
The Light Federation 'v2' (TLF) is an alliance founded upon the
principles of individual freedom, safety, and involvement. To
maintain those principles we ask every member to show respect
for all nations in The Light Federation 'v2'. These principles
may also be extended to friendly and/or allied alliances. The
Light Federation 'v2' is a peaceful alliance but will defend its
sovereignty until it can fight no more.
Article II, Raiding
Members of The Light Federation are not allowed to raid any
member of an alliance with over 5 members.
Members of TLF 'v2' can also not raid members of an alliance
with open diplomacy with The Light Federation; the raider will
be warned to stop, and if they continue attacks then doing the
raider will be expelled from The Light Federation.
In the event that the raid proves disastrous, all nations are
responsible for their own actions
Article III, Government
Lord of Light
The Lord of Light is to be the central leading figure in the
alliance. As a result, the success or failure of the alliance
falls upon his or her shoulders. As the face of the alliance, he
is to lead with care, honesty and trust.
The Lord of Light can establish departments and appoint
Beneficiaries for those said departments.
The Lord of Light can dissolve established treaties with the
knowledge of the regents/government.
The Lord of Light has the right to declare war after at least 24
hours discussion with the Beneficiaries.
The Regent:
The Regent exists to take the place of the Lord of Light in
times of temporary absence. All duties carried out by the Lord
of Light will be carried out by the Regent in such times. The
Lord of Light may pick his Regent. The Regent is the Lord of
Light's Heir and Advisor, and every Executive action the Lord of
Light does will be checked with the Regent and Executive Officer
before taken into act. The Lord of Light can still do it even if
the Regent/Executive Officer disagrees.
There can be up only one Regent chosen by The Lord of Light.
The Executive Officer:
The Executive Officer is another form of assistant for the Lord
of Light. The Executive Officer is in charge of helping the Lord
of Light with covering every single division of the government
(being EA/IA/FA/MA). The Lord of Light can defer any of the jobs
from those departments to The Executive Officer. The Lord of
Light can only choose one Executive Officer.
Beneficiaries:
The Beneficiaries of the alliance act as ministers to carry out
the administrative duty of the alliance.
Beneficiaries are appointed by The Lord of Light/Regents.
Beneficiaries must manage the following divisions of the
alliance administration.
Beneficiary of Internal Affairs
Beneficiary of Foreign Affairs
Beneficiary of Military Affairs
Beneficiary of Economic Affairs
The purpose and duties of the Beneficiaries are to be adaptable
to changing circumstances and to be established by cooperative
agreement between The Lord of Light and the other Beneficiaries.
Beneficiaries may request assistance from the Emissaries at
anytime for various administrative projects and purposes.
Beneficiaries may also post announcements only if given
permission by their regent.
A Beneficiary may be removed by their regent that oversees them
at any time if they are not doing their job.
Emissaries:
Emissaries exists as a fluid base of talent within the alliance,
designed to recognize activity and involvement and provide a
visible pool of members willing to assist the alliance with
their skills.
Emissaries may never post announcements unless given permission
by their beneficiary/regent and occasionally, the Lord of Light.
A Emissary may be removed by their Beneficiary that oversees
them at any time if they are not doing their job. The
Beneficiary must get permission from their Regent before doing
this.
Article IV: The Lord of Light Impeachment
1. If two Beneficiaries call for a vote of no confidence, there
will be a government held vote (all levels of gov). If a
majority of the Regents/Beneficiaries and the Emissaries vote to
remove The Lord of Light, he/she will be removed.
2. There is then a snap election, and The New Lord of Light is
elected. Only the 2 regents can become the next Lord of Light
though.
3. The new Lord of Light decides where to place the deposed one.
Article V: Electing a New Lord of Light
Every month a vote will be had asking the members if they would
like the current Lord of Light to stay Lord of Light for the
next month, if voted yes then the Lord of Light will stay in
office for another month. If voted no however, the two Regents
will go against one another in an election. Whoever wins becomes
the new Lord of Light. They can choose to keep the old Lord of
Light as their regent or not.
Article VI: Amendment Modifying/Adding
The TLF 'v2' Charter can be Changed/Amended with a majority vote
of The Head and Secretaries. An amendment vote can be requested
by The Lord of Light, any Regent/Beneficiary, Emissary or by a
Representative
