       Fix killstreak capes..

       So i got a 127 kill-streak and the best cape is a 90killstreak
       cape which gives 13+ str and-some dude at home said can you do
       ::Capes and give me them so my bank looks good i was like sure
       so i gave him a few and i didn't realize you can wield them
       without a kill-streak.. can you fix it luke???

       Click the equip menu and then you can wear it, there luke.
