Thoroughly enjoyed the match. They played well uphill against
the cool breeze. They ran out of steam before half time.

I don't know what the first team is for Tigers but they had some
good players on the field today. I thought the back row with the
blonde mullet looked very sharp, Bradley was dangerous all
afternoon, the had a good tight 5 which gave us some serious
trouble in the first half until we made a few switches. There
big second row (number 5 i think) played well and made things
difficult for our pack.
As has been said above they just seemed to run out of steam and
we managed to whether the storm. If they could have kept up the
pace of play that they had in the first 20 or so minutes then
the result would have been very different.
For us, i thought Matti Williams made a huge impact off the
bench, making lots of yards. Harry Dunne, played well at 12,
Cookey and Field had good games on the Wing. Zak Poole never
leaves anything on the field.

After being made to work really hard in the first half the team
eventually got it together and in the end were comfortable
winners. However, I am not quite sure why the team opted to take
a scrum in our own 22 in the first minute of the game rather
than kick deep with the wind behind us. The decision resulted
in leaking an early try which gave Sheffield the upper hand
until the second half.
As a spectator I found the game marred by the large amount of
foul language I heard coming from both sets of players, but in
particular number 16 from Sheffield. In my opinion the officials
should tighten up on this and issues cards to the offenders.
