What's Going To Happen

Titans
Hull
Apr 2 Loughborough H Bournville A
9 Huddersfield A Blaydon
H
16 Harrogate H Fylde
A
23 Sheff Tigers A Ionians
H
30 Wharfdale A Luctonians A
May 7 Sheff Tigers H
Has you can see here, Hull have one more fixture to be added.
On Feb 19th Hull's home game against Huddersfield was postponed
because Huddersfield did not have enough Props available. Hull
and Huddersfield said that they tried to find a solution but
were unable to do so. Upto now this game has not been played
and there's no mention on the Official Sites of the RFU,
National League Rugby, Hull or Huddersfield.
This game can't be played on May 7th because Huddersfield are at
Home to Stourbridge in a rearranged game postponed on Feb 12th.
Will this game be played or if Hull have already Won the League
will the game simply be scrapped.

Probably the same will happen with our postponed home game with
Sheffield Tigers if champions have been decided.

I really hope that doesn't happen, however early the League
Champion is decided I hope our game against Sheff Tigers goes
ahead.
It will be the Last game of the season, it will be at Clifton
Lane, it will be a time for the majority of supporters to say
Thanks to the Players, it will put Money into the Club and it
will do what Clubs are supposed to do; barring another
Pandemic; and that is to Fulfill the Full Fixture List.
I would also disagree if the Hull v Huddersfield game was not
played.

Despite the fact it would be a huge achievement with the
injuries we have had at the end of the current season, I have
thoroughly enjoyed the team playing in National 2 North and
wouldn’t mind them staying there next season. At the start of
the season I thought we would walk the league winning all our
matches by cricket scores. However, this has not been the case.
All matches have been hard fought affairs with the majority of
the results coming down to the wire. I have also enjoyed, the
proximity of the away matches, being able to support nearly ever
weekend. Promotion or not I will continue to support them next
season

Well said Rucko and Keppeltitan. True Supporters support their
Club, whichever Sport or Pastime it involves and whether in a
League or Not.
In the Championship we regularly had Home Gates in excess of
1000 and the vocal support for our Club was excellent. Since
we've dropped down the Leagues our Gate numbers have dropped, a
mix of our supporters and the supporters our opposition brings,
but the vocal support is still excellent.
I think that the the support given to our Club, both On and Off
the field is outstanding. Every Pound spent on Entrance Fee's,
Programmes, Raffles, Food and Drink are Life Blood to our Club
and with the Calibre of our current Support that Blood will be
flowing for a Long, Long time to come. Whenever the Club comes
up with a new innovation to raise money our Backers, Sponsors
and Supporters rush to support it, again outstanding.
We have New Supporters coming each Season and Supporters who
have been coming to the Lane for Decades, each and every one a
Star.
Supporters stop coming to games for many different reasons and
that is their business and exceptable. The only reason for not
coming that doesn't sit well with me are those that stay away
because the Club has been relegated. We have gone down from the
Championship to National One to National Two, but the Hard Core
of our Supporters are still here, that's True dedication. I
like all of you want the Club to do as well has possible and
rise Up through the Leagues again, but if we end up down in
the Yorkshire Leagues I'll still be watching the Titans and I'm
sure many of you will be. AMEN

I still cannot see any reference anywhere of this game being
rearranged. On Hull's official site it says that they have 4
games left to play. On Huddersfield's official site it says
that they have 5 games left to play. Look at the League Table
and it shows that Hull have played 25 games and Huddersfield
have played 24 games. On the National Rugby Union site and On
the BBC's Rugby site there is no mention of this game being
played.
Wherever you look, the season ends on May 7th. Surely Hull and
Huddersfield could have rearranged this game by now, or the RFU
could have stepped in and done it for them.
I'm beginning to hope that the RFU awarded points for this
missed game, 4 to Hull and 0 to Huddersfield. That would
answer why there is one game missing on the League Table for
each Club, as obviously it wasn't played. This may be a
Forlorn Hope, but who knows unless any of you know any
different.

2 points each would be even better. Can't see it happening
though.

I was working on the assumption that Hull had already been
awarded the points and they were already on their Total.
It's leaving it a bit late to arrange, Huddersfield play on May
7th so if they have to play the game it will have to be after
then.
Nobody can assume at this time that Hull will definitely Win the
League, it might go to the last game, so it wouldn't be
practical for the RFU to wait to see if Hull succure Promotion
before May 7th. We Could be at the Top of the League after our
Home game against Sheff Tigers. If that happens then it would
have to be a rush job to arrange the Hull v Huddersfield game.
This might all be speculation but it's good to keep hoping.
