Well played , a great 5. Now hoping Hull drop 7 pts over the
remaining games. Can't really see it though so I suspect t we
will be second now

Only possibility is if Ealing win their appeal for promotion. I
say Ealing because they are 3 points ahead of Doncaster with one
game left each & Ealing are at home to Richmond on Saturday
which I would think they would win even though Donny will
probably go top on Friday night by winning at Nottingham.
I don’t know how they can win the appeal but if they do, the
second placed team in Nat 1 will go up and presumably there
would be a play off of the two runners up in our leagues ( North
& South) currently us and Redruth who would play in a one legged
game presumably hosted by the team who accrues the most points,
currently us.

Hull still have to play Fylde (A), Ionians (H),
Luctonians (A) None of these will be easy games.
The pressure will be on them to go for maximum points in all
there remaining games as they will be well aware that the Titans
are Close on their Tail.
We still have an easier run in than they have, on paper at
least. We can just back our Lads to play to the best of their
abilities and whether it's Promotion or Not we will be proud of
them. It said in the Advertiser a couple of weeks ago that the
Club are looking now to re-sign as many of the current Squad as
possible, let's hope that they are successful.

All we can do now is take 5 points from each remaining game and
the rest will be history. Mathematically it is still possible to
gain promotion if hull slip up but that is not looking likely.
Hopefully Fylde do us a big favour.
Either way, i hope we play our last game at home against Sheff
Tigers. It is the perfect end to what has been an exciting
season.

Despite the fact it would be a huge achievement with the
injuries we have had at the end of the current season, I have
thoroughly enjoyed the team playing in National 2 North and
wouldn’t mind them staying there next season. At the start of
the season I thought we would walk the league winning all our
matches by cricket scores. However, this has not been the case.
All matches have been hard fought affairs with the majority of
the results coming down to the wire. I have also enjoyed, the
proximity of the away matches, being able to support nearly ever
weekend. Promotion or not I will continue to support them next
season
