I do think that the injuries that occurred during the match
today was the reason we lost. If they hadn’t occurred I feel
that he scrum and line out would have ground out the victory.

Great gustsy fight back to take lead with a severely depleted
team. The game was there for the taking but on three occassions
in that last 3 minutes we kicked away possession only to be put
under pressure and resulted in their late try. That was the time
to stick the ball up their jumper and run the clock down. I was
always taught that if you had the ball in possession the other
team can't do anything. Howevever a great game and the boys
never let us down, never say die attitude. Great gesture for
captain Zak Poole to come onto supporters bus before setting off
back to Rotherham and thank them for turning up and really
appreciated the vocal support on the day.

The problem with the usual 'up the jumper' approach on this
occasion was that the ref was giving them a penalty from
virtually every scrum. There was quite a bit of time left when
we scored, and one knock on puts you in trouble. So kick it
long and hold the line was a good approach and would have worked
if they had not got the 50 - 22 kick. It looked touch and go as
to whether we kept it in, but that was a crucial point. Last
season's rules would have given us the line out and we could
       have made an exit.
I still think the ref's decision to give offside from a charge
down could have changed our whole season.

I may be wrong, but my take on the offside incident was that a
Hull player kicked the ball which was charged down by a
Rotherham player, but then picked up by a Rotherham team-mate
who was in an offside position. I think Law 10 allows the
Rotherham team-mate to be played onside if a Rotherham player
kicks the ball forward and it is touched intentionally by a Hull
       player.

Does any one know how serious were the injuries suffered by our
players in the game at Hull .

Keppletitan, Not heard anything but hope that they are OK,
we can hardly afford to Lose two more Forwards. Your not a
Second Row Forward are you by any chance.
The way things are going we may be putting Supporters names in a
bag and having a Draw to form a squad every Saturday.

Regarding the recent injuries, as I understand it:
       Chall - broken arm
Lewis - similar ankle injury to that sustained by Callam
Quigs - 14 stitches in his face
Unsure about Quigs, but not likely we'll see Chall or Lewis on
the field again this season, leaves us with a real challenge in
       the pack.
Also heard that young Mr Minogue has sustained a serious injury.
Wish them all the best for a full & speedy recovery and hope we
get to see them all wearing the Titans shirt again next season.
