       Today in the Clubhouse

       The Tigers game was cancelled, but if you came to the Club this
       afternoon you wouldn't have thought it.  I got in at 12:20 and
       if I'd arrived 10mins later I'd have been struggling to get a
       seat.  By 12:45 people were hunting anywhere in the Club to find
       a chair.
       The Kitchen was in full swing serving the usual fare.  Plenty of
       staff behind the Bar and they were needed as the Beer was
       flowing faster than the Amazon River.
       All the players turned up and did their best to keep the Bar
       staff on their toes.  We have some Big units in the Squad and
       they take some filling.  They all sat down together for a meal,
       Good To See.
       There was a Brass Band in the Club playing Christmas Carol's /
       Tunes,  really enjoyable.
       I had a short conversation with Nick who was happy at what he
       saw,  I'm sure he didn't expect so many people to turn up.   It
       goes to show the calibre of the people who support our Great
       Club.  I left at 16:30 to drive back to Leeds.  One downside was
       that I had one pint of Fosters, then went onto Non Alcohol Beer,
       but it was worth it.
       What could have been a disappointing afternoon became a
       Brilliant afternoon, and importantly put plenty of money into
       the Clubs Coffers.

       Totally agree Roger brilliant afternoon we left a out 5-30 and
       still loads still there.
