Our pack has had some problems recently. We won’t win the league
if teams like Harrogate get the best of forward play.

I agree, I think many of us thought that as the weather turned,
that we would 'boss' the games, but the game at Harrogate showed
that might not necessarily be the case. That said, we are trying
to use the backs a little more so maybe that has taken a little
away from our forward dominance.

We can look at the Forwards or the Backs and say, " We haven't
Bossed some of the other Clubs like we thought we would, or we
haven't beaten other Clubs as easily as we thought we would ".
But remind me, how many games have we lost this season, OH YES,
NONE.
Did anyone of us say pre-seaon, This is going to be a walk in
the Park. Most of the Clubs in our League have had mainly
settled squads for the last 2, 3, 4 or more seasons, this is a
massive bonus for them, Let's hope that this season is the
start of a run like that for the Titans.
I think that we will Win the vast majority of our remaining
games though there are 4 or 5 games where the Lads will have to
play exceptionally well to gain the Win.
Even in the games where they haven't played particularly well,
and been behind, sometimes late in the game, they have shown the
strength and determination to turn the game around and gain the
Win. Whatever happens in a game and how good or bad they've
played, the only thing that matters is that at the end of the
game the Titans have scored more points than the other team.
Other than Sedgley ( A ) we've achieved this in all other games.
Roll on Saturday, the Weather forecast is Wind and Rain, whats
new. Its 4 wks since our last game, I don't know how many
training sessions we've had in this time, or how many of the
players could be missing for any reason. These two things
could be a big factor in this game, for both Clubs.

This league will be tight and I think the margins between the
teams are small. As I said in another post I think discipline
will be key in the tight games. I still have us as favourites
but see Hull as a key challenge along with Stourbridge and
Sedgeley. I was puzzled why Harrogate are where they are as I
thought they were pretty good.
