How come we never seem to be able to keep a coach for a full
season

Due to a bizarre set of circumstances I currently find myself
out of work (I am happy to explain these reasons). I have over
15 years experience of being a professional rugby coach and am
now looking for opportunities both in and out of rugby. I have
experience of both development and performance rugby as both a
head and assistant coach. I believe this gives me numerous
transferable skills, including management, leadership,
upskilling, teaching, negotiating, budget management, planning
and critical analysis which I believe would transfer into any
organization. If you know of anything (in or out of rugby) that
you believe may suit my skills I am more than open and willing

These things happen, obviously moved on to a ' Better '
position, otherwise why leave the Titans. Good luck to him in
his new Job when he moves upwards.
Will we recruit or Coach from within ? We certainly have some
good Coaches in the Forwards and at least a couple of Backs who
have their Coaching Badges.
Steve has been excellent for us, but now he's gone, the Club
will NOT implode. We have too much experience on the field for
that to happen.
If a new Coach is set on we will probably hear sooner than
later, it's a matter of wait and see. Whoever comes in will be
a Titan from day one and will undoubtedly receive our full
support.
Having read Rucko post things may be different to my thoughts.

According to the post before yours Roger SS says he hasn't got
another job so it iooks like there has been some sort of fall
out which always seem to happen when the team is doing well.
Also how many players who came to the club because of Steve will
want to stay now he has gone.

At this time anything we say will be speculation and rumour so
it's now wait until an official statement is posted by the Club
and/or Steve.

My boss is an avid Abbeydale fan and he's had a notification
from a group chat that Adam Byron from Sheffield Abbeydale is
leaving to be the Head Coach at Rotherham Titans! Apparently
he's good friends with Salvo?
