Good result but not the best performance. We lack pace and
penetration in the backs. I thought our forwards would be far
more dominant.

Great result.
Not the greatest performance but the key is we won and got 5
points. We allowed them to disrupt our game and gave away a
couple of soft tries. We could have scored another 2 or 3 tries
but we weren't quite clinical enough at those times. We had 2
clear breaks with backs running against forwards but didn't seem
to have the pace or spacial awareness to convert them into
points.
All in all a sign of a championship winning side is to be
winning even when you are not at your best. That was certainly
us today.
All credit to Luctonians, they're pack stood up to us and at
times had our pack on the back foot. They new how to play the
game and disrupt our game plan.
Great to be back at the lane for my first home game!
Onwards to next week!

I don't think a stuffing is by 15 points, more like 40. Roth
beat Fylde by the same margin although we didn't score 4 tries.
