Lee Blackett’s Wasps

Many Many congratulations to Lee and Wasps for reaching The
Premiership Finals by defeating Bristol. It must be bitter sweet
for him after the many occasions Rotherham lost to Bristol in
the play offs whilst he was in charge here. I wish them all the
best for The Finals.

I shall definitely be watching this game, Oct 24th, be who do I
want to Win. Wasps, because Lee is Head Coach. Exeter
because its Gareth Steenson's swan song. He moves into Coaching
next season. Would love to see Exeter beat Racing 92 in the
European Champions Cup on Saturday, but that wont be easy.

Exeter to beat Racing 92, Bristol to be RC Toulon and then Wasps
to beat Exeter in Gallagher Final would be Great.

In 2013 / 14 our away game at Moseley was Lee Blackett first
game as Head Coach. Log on to the Clubs site and watch the
Highlights. You won't be disappointed.
Socino's exhibition off Kicking, particularly the Penalty from
the Half-Way line

I see that Wasps have been struck down with positive cases of
coronavirus affecting players and management. As a result they
have been unable to train. More tests tomorrow for all the squad
to see if it has spread further. If wasps are unable to play
Bristol will take their place.

Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that

3 more Wasps players test positive for covid so that's 7players
and 3 staff not looking good for the final.

Just been announced that Wasps will play in the final, good news
though I'm not sure which players will be unavailable?

Just seen on Twitter that the ref - Wayne Barnes - has tested
positive. His Mrs, also on Twitter, is really looking forward to
having him at home for a while!
