Steve Salvin is a Forwards Coach so I can understand this move.
We need a good Backs Coach now. A Player / Coach like Jamie
Broadley would be ideal.

I agree with you on that winger also we could do with specialist
defensive coach after some of schoolboy errors of last season
It would be nice if the club could let us know which players
are staying so sponsors could carry on sponsoring the player
they sponsored last season.

According to Tizer last Week players contracts could not be
signed until we know when we’re likely to start pre-season work
as contracts will start from then, presumably this will hold up
any player announcements. Obviously we know Leakey is now with
Sale and Frosty is with a championship club, don’ t know if
there are any more rumours?

What you say is correct, if any Player was to sign a contract
now, he would be entitled to be paid. So until a start of
season date is given, there will be no contracts signed. Until
the Clubhouse is allowed to open there will be no money coming
into the Club. If there is any money to be paid out now, to
keep the Club going, you can bet your life that Nick and Martin
will have that covered, God Bless Them.
As I've said on a different Topic, I've no knowledge of what's
happening at the Club at this time, but I'm more than
confident that Martin, Nick and Steve will be working hard on
building next season's squad. As soon has a start date is
given, contracts will be signed and we will be pleasingly
surprised. At this time my Pot is at least 3/4 Full at the
thought of who will be Re-signing / Signing. I'm hoping that
when the squad is announced it will be overflowing.

Matt Smith, Dan Leake, Frosty and now Jack have left. We don't
Know why they have left, but as long has they are not joined by
another 15+ Players, then although its sad to lose any of them,
it's ok. As we know very well, players leave at the end of
every season for a number of reasons and this time it will be no
different. More may well leave, hopefully not many, but within a
couple of weeks of the new season starting we will have adopted
our new players and those that have left will pass into our
History. With the hard work put in by Lindsay and John and the
generousity of our Supporters / Backers we have money in the
Titans Community Foundation Fund to pay the Players who will be
working there. Once it's decided who these players are they
could well be the first Players named. There was a piece in the
Tizer a while ago saying that players have been spoken to /
interviewed and you can bet that lots of them will have accepted
the Terms and Conditions that the Club have offerred and are
simply waiting for the Green Light from the RFU before signing
the offerred Contracts, then the Club will open the Good News
floodgates.
I wish I was a Fly on the Wall has to whats happening at the
Club, but I'm not, so I rely on what's in my Head and Heart
ballanced against previous Pre-Seasons, and my conclusion is ---
WE'LL BE OK, by the seasons start.
