Personally I can't see this virus being over by April 14
Ithink this season is finished and the rfu are going to have a
hell of a job to sort out promotion & relegation I reckon
lawyers will be rubbing their hands.

For me the RFU will either say the season unfortunately is Null
& Void or they will look at each league and say yes you're down
and yes you go up or they will ask what the clubs would prefer.
For me Nat1 the bottom 2 go down as they are already destined
for the drop and promote only the top side from Nat2 North &
South and not have the playoff for the 3rd spot (thus leaving
Rotherham or Moseley safe from the drop)

Surely they can't say that this season is null and void. We,
and other Clubs, have 5 games left to play, can they say that
the last 25 games never happened. If no more games are possible
this season, then Results and League Positions should be frozen
from the day that the decision to suspend them was made. If no
Play-Off game is played between the runners-up in Nat 2 North
and South then neither should be promoted. But knowing how the
RFU perform, they might ask the two Clubs to Toss a Coin to
decide who goes up.
It should be the same with the Football season. Leeds Utd and
West Brom are currently the top two in the Championship.
Promotion for them would be worth approx £140,000,000 each. If
there's no promotion play-offs, then it should be 2 up and 2
down. This should happen with Promotion and Relegation in all
leagues. No Club should moan about it saying "We might have
got into a promotion position" or "We might have escaped the
relegation places". It should be the same in Rugby. No Club
can say what their remaining results MIGHT have been or what
their final League Position MIGHT have been.
If either Sports season is not completed, then both World Rugby
and World Football should make the EASY decision and say that
the season ended on the day the Sports were suspended. Anything
else and the Biggest Can of Worms possible would be opened.
They are the Sports Ruling Bodies, and if this scenario does
happen, then they should show Courage and make the decision.
