I missed game Jim so thanks for the info.
If Moseley get nothing from game in hand the pressure is truly
on and it’s who cracks first.

It must have been on 5 or 6 occasions that we were seriously
threatened their try line but for one reason or another we were
thwarted. The difference between good teams and great teams are
how they convert real opportunities into points. We need to be
more clinical. The drive and desire is plain to see but doing
the right thing at the right time is what's important.
However 2 points to Moseley's 1 is better than nowt.
The gap is surely closing so keep heart and hope for the best

Shame about the result. Sounds like game management really let
us down yesterday. No doubt the lads are working as hard as
possible but when you are in our position you can't afford to
give away silly penalties and make silly errors and choices.
This week they will have to look at their personal performances,
take responsibility for mistakes and fix them in time for the
next game. Kicking the ball away to the opposition inn the last
minute of the game whilst drawing is frankly suicidal, you
should play sensible and work the ball up the field for a try
scoring opportunity, penalty or drop goal. Basic, basic rugby.
As I said if we loose then we will be at the mercy of others, if
Mose win on Thursday that really might be it with 5 games to
play.
We have only managed to muster up 6 wins out of 25 games.
Statistically we are going down and I don't think that can be
argued. There is always a chance of a miracle but it could be
too little too late. We should have let Posa go in October when
it was clear he had lost the team.
Hope is not lost but my days we have made it hard for ourselves
as we have done all season.

Disappointed and Frustrated. Stortford played well and scored
four good tries, as did the Titans, but we should have Won the
game.
We had more on the try-line opportunities than they did, but
lost the advantage on too many occasions. Totally agree with
Boxy10's comments regarding this. Two lost lineout throws on
their 5m line. WHY haven't they learned from past mistakes.
Who's giving the Call to throw the Ball long. You don't need a
Degree in Applied Mathematics to know that the numbers 2 and 4
are the optimum options at these calls. Throw to 2 or 4 in the
Line, secure the Ball and Drive, if the Drive is held then pick
and go, or out to the Backs.
Our Forwards and Backs played well and put some good moves
together, but we still lack ideas and penetration through the
Centres.
We had two Wingers on the field who can catch Pidgeons, but they
need the Ball early, not when the defender is a yard away.
I'm proud of the Lads and the way they have upped the pressure
in the past week's and picked up at least 1pt in every game.
Before this run started we were looking down and out, but now I
believe we have a good chance of staying up.
Our run in to the end of the season is --------- A H H A
H. We will all be hoping that Sale do us a favour on
Thursday and beat Moseley. On paper they have a tougher run in
than us, but sadly they will have players on the field and not
sheets of paper.
It may well come down to which team can hold its nerve the best.

Martin Jenkinson was stood near us when BS were given a free
kick at the Cricket Club end, Frosty made some comment to the
referee which resulted in a penalty being awarded, Martin, was
not happy, headed straight to the coaches area and Frosty was
immediately replaced.

Stingray . Throwing to the back of a line out ties in more
opposition defenders so you basically get a better attacking
line . We don’t have issues getting players in the air it’s
being that the ball is being over thrown . I was also at the
cricket end and I don’t believe it was just one comment that got
Frosty into trouble I think he made several comments about the
referee’s decisions throughout the game which I found amusing on
how he made certain calls .
This particular ref gave 3 knock ONs against us but didn’t see
the BS 4//6 slapping the ball out of their hands making it go
backwards on them but forwards on us . Touch judge in 2nd half
got stick as he missed them all unless the ref has said he’s not
interested.
A lot to do but I still feel it’s achievable
