Given it's forecasting 40mph+ winds and for it to be chucking it
down, I'd be looking at plan B....

Glad to see Tom Benjamin back again, he certainly was very
influential in his first game for us. Also Kieran Curran dual
registered player from Wasps playing for us for the first time

For a must win game, not only that but a must win 5 point game,
Backs look good although personally I’d rather see Boxhall and
Hollingsworth as the half back pairing.
The problem is that the backs haven’t been the issue this
season. Will the forwards be good enough tomorrow? We will see.
It has to be a bonus point win in horrible weather or we are
staring the abyss in the face.
We played badly at their place and should have lost, tomorrow is
not a gimme!

ET . I would be very interested to know why you think the backs
haven’t been the issue this season . The forwards have equally
worked their nuts off matching opponents if not beating them so
to make a comment like that is wrong it’s a team issue meaning
forwards and backs combined that have caused problems unless
your watching different games .

Kieran Curran --- 6' 3" 17st ---- Good for an 8----19 yrs old
and trains with Wasps, should be has fit as a fiddle and full of
running.
Or swimming, depending on the weather.

At the Back - I’ve not been watching different games, save the
sarcasm! That’s my opinion which is what this forum is about -
isn’t it? I say this because our set piece has in the main not
been good enough this season. Line out awful and scrum often
taken apart too easily.
When you look at it in the context of last season in the same
league, from 1 to 8 we were much better, our scrum, with Dan
Richardson in particular exceptional, and a proper ball carrier
in Seb at number 8, was 1 of the best, if not the best, in the
league.

ET , You are right this forum is for people to comment on their
personal thoughts and if people thinks it’s sarcastic or not .
But if we look at all the games we have won the forwards have
scored more tries so they aren’t that bad . Set pieces in any
team will work or not depending on how quick the opposition
learn the calls or moves . We have what we have good or bad so
treat all equally as it’s not right to pick fault with
individual sections of the team .
