Not sure about Cov being good move for Lee; a step back to where
he was at Roth?

I'd love to see him stay with Wasps and be successful, but they
are having a clear out of Coaching staff at the end of this
season.
Lee will obviously know more about the situation than we do, so
may well want to secure a Definate Head Coach position now, as
opposed to waiting on a "Possible " job.
Lee is Attack Coach, It's a big step up to Head Coach at a
Premiership Club. Backs, Forwards, Attack, Defence, Scrum,
Line-Out, Kicking. All these are ( and maybe more) Coaches who
come under the Head Coach, who in turn comes under the Director
of Rugby.
Lee has shown his worth as a very good Coach, but he needs more
experience before taking on the Top job permanently. A good
grounding at a Championship, Club would be a good pathway to
better things.
If he is held in high regard at Wasps, which I'm sure he is,
then there is a POSSIBILITY that they MIGHT take a chance with
him, but I think that they will go far a Bigger Name.
Of course if he secured a Head Coach job at a Pro14 Club, you
could say that he's reached the Top.

Under Lee, Wasps won 3 out of 4 games, taking them from 10th in
the League to 5th.
There were a number of high profile ex players in the betting
for this position, see above.
Well done to Lee, I'm really hopeful of him being successful
with Wasps, long term.
