I can see us having a great chance to win 7 out of the last 8
games if we continue to improve. Today was very harsh on us and
the ref killed the game for us. I was furious with his
inconsistent decision making. I don't know what happens but you
have to question his ability to referee at this level. The touch
judges didn't seem to be helping much.

Tough result that. Sounds like everything went against us today.
We really now have a task on our hands. For me we need to retain
a core of this squad for next season now so we can start to
build a team. I don't think the team are as bad as the results
show. We don't have as much X Factor as last season but there
are some good players there. I think we should have made the
coaching change a lot earlier. Posa never seemed right to me.
I'm sure he is a good coach but for some reason he didn't fit
and seemed to loose the squad and the damage had been done by
       time Salvo arrived.
It's not over yet but looks mathematically unlikely.

The best team Won today. We allowed their 12 to run through us
on too many occasions, we left too many gaps In our back line.
Down 5 - 35 at half time, and it looked like we were in for a
thrashing. Our lads heads never went down, and for us to score
3 tries in the second half and hold them to just 1, was a great
attempt at a fight back. We won the second half 19 - 7.
It was good to see our New lonee at 15 score 2 Tries, I hope
that we can keep him for a few more games.

If our 2 missed conversions had gone over we lost be 2 converted
tries. One of their tries came from blatant forward pass. I do
believe if we had kept 15 players on the pitch for the full
duration of the game we would have won the match today.
Chinnor didn’t offer much after the time we had returned to 15
players. As a team we needed to be more disciplined in the early
stages and not let ourselves be drawn into chinnors tactics of
winning the game in the first 20 minutes

Plymouth last season and he was poor that day too.

to accept that we are now doomed to what I call non league

I am the eternal "optimist" ET and I will be behind the boys all
the way to help them get out of this mess. For Gods sake get
your glass half full and not half empty. These boys are better
than the league position that that are in. Let's keep fighting.
       Revised battle plan to follow!!!

David Mitchell, a couple of pints after the match yesterday
meant I couldn’t differentiate between an optimistic and a
pessimist! 😀 However, you get my drift. I look forward
to seeing this battle plan! It’s not a case of glass half full
or half empty. I just can’t see how we can do something in the
last 8 or 9 games that we haven’t done for the 1st 20! It’s more
       about being realistic.
Can this team suddenly find a level that’s capable of beating
Richmond on Saturday, or Rams 2 weeks after that. As to survive
we will have to win some games like that.

We came win 7 without those two and that is possible and
necessary. However we now rely on Moseley's games going to form.
If they have a couple of unexpected wins then we will face the
drop. All we can do now is win 7 pick up about 30 points and
then trust to fate. Not ideal but possible.

Could have been a good, close game with a proper ref in charge.

We have 4 away games to play 3of them I can't see us getting any
       points.
We have 5 home games left and if we play like the second half
yesterday maybe we could win 4
That with out bonus points would leave us on 51points.
Moseley already have 43 points so only have to win 2 games to be
       safe.
I just hope it works out for us but I'll still be there next
       season what ever.
