Enjoyed the match yesterday, fair play to the opposition too as
they played the game with a similar intensity to us,
illustrating how big a match it was. To a man we were good, the
scrum in the main worked well and I thought DPR and Frosty put
in big performances, but for me the half back pairing of Boxhall
and Hollingsworth were excellent in managing the game, even when
we were behind. It certainly gives us hope but there is still a
long road ahead to the safety line. Being greedy another Try
would have been amazing to give us the extra point and deny
Birmingham Moseley their point.
Onwards and upwards- hopefully.

Very pleased for the win and hope that this will continue for
the rest of the season. Areas which concern me and need to be
tightened up on;
1) Restarts by them, yesterday we seemed incapable of
controlling the ball on their restarts.
2) our line outs 5m from their line. We did eventually manage to
score from one yesterday but too often mistakes are made.
3) I read a post that said we had 80% of the possession
yesterday but only managed to win by 2 points. With that
dominance I feel that we should be winning a lot easier.
4) coming away with points when we get into their 22.
The real positive yesterday was how the scrum performed in the
set piece. I hope we can keep the improvements seen since
Christmas going and that we get out of the relegation zone.

I don't know how many Photos there were but it took me less time
to read War and Peace, than it took me to look at them all.
Some really good and possitive posts, let's hope the Lads can
keep the pressure on Moseley for the rest of the season.
If the way they have been playing, and improving over the last 3
weeks continues, then we Will be in with a chance of survival.

Taking nothing away from Moseley they played well but I’m still
buzzing the lads got the win on Saturday . it’s been a terrible
season for all at the club with supporters numbers dropping home
and away and with the confidence at an all time low these lads
stuck at it came from behind to many times but shows character
within the squad and they finally finished it off . I saw that
there was 500+ at the game which is great but as Zak said they
could hear the Shed plus individual fans cheering which we must
continue to do and support these players . Edinburgh Titan
mentioned the half back pairing with the two Sams and I have to
agree it’s become a very good partnership which works extremely
well just like the 2nd row pairing but saying that the whole
team has settled which is the main thing . Hat of the Lewis who
tackled with his face on two occasions and walked off exhausted
lust shows much they put into that game
Keep it up lads

I think my heart has only just stopped racing from them closing
few minutes. These close games do nothing for the old ticker.
Very much agree with peoples comments and I thought we were well
worth the win. Moseley only really stayed in it from our
mistakes. Having a ‘settled’ side week in week out is so much
better for the lads confidence. My only gripe (and have had it
all season) I wish we would have 2 backs on the bench, No
disrespect to Deaver (who I thought showed heart and willing)
but he’s no winger. But hey it’s a win and a fantastic one.
Let’s keep believing all.
