Good job to the lads on the win. Far from convincing but a win
is a win. We looked dire today and very nearly lost it. We need
to string a few results together now to climb out of our league
position. Tough game next week away at Sale.

A very jammy win. We hardly got the ball second half. I’m afraid
we’re doomed but hope to be proved wrong.

It was a bit like the Ionians game - who got beat soundly today.
Have to win next week now to consolidate before christmas. Maybe
this win is the turning point. We were better at the beginning.
Frostie came on and made such a difference - looked a giant on
the ptch. Now need him to start.

I’ve been to 4 games this season!
       3 wins and 1 draw.
I certainly brought some luck today.
Hats off to Morgan for that bottle tester last kick.
Our defence was heroic in the second half and penalty count ok.
We need to up the tempo for me.
But I’m thankful for the confidence boosting win.

Having played against the elements in the first half and gone in
ahead at half time we should have cruised to an easy victory,
especially having extended our lead just after half time.
However, we appeared to capitulate in he second half. The
turning point was when the referee failed to notice a knock on
by Canterbury, and shortly afterwards they scored. At least we
stuck with it and eventually secured the victory. However, in my
opinion, from the position we were in at half time, this should
have been an easy bonus point victory. Let us hope we can build
       on this next week.

Agreed Rucko. We looked good for a win at 17 -7 up with half an
hour to go. Then came that try. Even allowing for the
officials being asleep, we shouldn't have been mucking about
behind our own goal line - a daft try to give away. I also felt
the ref had a hand in their try which followed to take them into
       the lead.
After they kept it up their jumpers for what seemed like hours,
when we got it at the end, there only looked like one outcome.
We looked quick strong and determined. Let's hope we see more
of that now we have turned the corner.
Thought Connor Field had an excellent game - some great
tackling, good breaks and held them up to get a penalty too.
Nice pass from Morgan for the second try.
Well done all. Let's see if we can complete the double over
       Sale.

       “Only looked one outcome” ???
You jest surely. The worst team in the league bossed us against
the wind for about 35 minutes of the second half. Our scrum
looked as effective as the Red Wall.
We were extremely lucky to get out of that game with a win.
Drastic changes needed. I suspect pecuniary problems mean that
       nothing will.
