I have had a direct message from Posa on Twitter following my
       comment on here. He says:=
"My son has alluded me to your comments ‘bravely’ written on the
Titans forum. I am happy to sit down and have a coffee/beer with
any Rotherham supporter and discuss anything they may want to
       know.
I am joint head coach and my specific departments being the
attack and the backs, whilst smithy obviously does forwards and
defence. How you can relate any of my specific roles to Kieran
Frost’s selection or non selection is beyond me. Also to suggest
       I ‘don’t like’ a player is very unprofessional so I won’t bother
even commenting on that. Please look me up after the game
tomorrow if you would like to discuss anything positive in the
future - I am more than happy to do so (as I’ve done with other
supporters), I can assure you WE ARE ALL working extremely hard
       to turn this season around."
       My response
"Let’s hope for a big win tomorrow then with frosty at least on
       the bench"

I was going to say that AP is backs and attack coach.
I like Smiffy but it’s not ideal when he isn’t there at games.
I said at beginning of season we missed a trick and should have
had him as player coach but with JB leaving when he did we were
       probably playing catch up.
I’ve no doubt how hard all are working and I’ll be there today
       for first game since Hull.
I’ve not seen us lose yet so maybe I’ll bring some luck.

can't say fairer than that David. However it is still difficult
to see what is happening. Do we have players who are not yet
National 1 standard? It doesn't look that way and yet we are
getting well beaten each week, scrum is getting seriously
bossed. Its a real dilemma. I don't think you were
unprofessional by the way just very concerned about a team you
care so passionately about and like the rest of us struggling to
make sense of this season where ate the moment we are well off
the pace of National 1 survival. 5 today will start the process
and 4 next week would be a christmas present. This is a 2 week
period where Moseley have tough games and we have the
possibility of 8 or 9 to narrow gaps. However if we don't it
means there will be a time in a few weeks where we have hard
games and Moseley have winnable - then the gap could widen to an
insurmountable gap. What is happening, I just don't get it.

Having read the message again, I am a bit concerned by it - it
does seem a bit sharp, or am I mis-interpreting.

I can see why the club and staff do not generally post on social
media. When I worked, I saw a number of colleagues in bother
because chance comments were seen and misinterpreted by others.
Actually, he did not post this, did he, so I don't think we
should really be expressing our views on it here. Like the man
say, if we want to talk to him about something, perhaps we
should sit down with him for a chat.

Setter, I agree, it was a direct message so feels a bit
       uncomfortable discussing it on here?

Not sure I agree but I think it is right to support David's
right to post and to express his opinions regarding the current
situation. You only have to listen to the talk around the shed
to know that the concern is shared and people wonder why, with a
team that should be higher and we thought top 6 again, we are
where we are. It does seem strange to have our big guy Frostie
seemingly fit to play but not chosen. There has been comment
that he is out of favour for some reason. Probably only rumour
but maybe David picked up upon it and was right and brave in
expressing his concern. I must say I had heard a rumour that he
was fit but was not being picked. I found that strange. It would
be interesting to know if he was fit and not selected or if
indeed he was injured. So what we are doing is going to Titans
Tuesday, if I finish work in time, to ask the question direct.
If Frostie was injured then fine. if he was fit, what was the
thinking behind the choices for second row. I am intrigued to
understand the thinking in this period of poor results. (which
might have ended if we win at Sale)

I don't believe that Frosty hasn't been selected because of a
personal dislike of him by our Coach / Coaches. The Coaches
spend far more time with the Players than any of us Supporters.
Before, During and After training, players are observed so why
is one, or more, of them not selected for a game. Has a player
had a bad weeks trading, is his Fitness/Stamina not match
worthy, or perhaps his attitude is not what it should be, or
perhaps he's carrying an injury. There are a number of reasons
why a player is not selected but I can't believe it's because of
a personal dislike. To me both Ants and Smithy are above that.
Personally I like to see Frosty playing, to me he's good in the
Lineout, carries the ball well and shows aggression, tho on the
odd occasion, a bit too much. But I only see the Players on
Match days, so can only judge them on what I see, and not hear.

Posa and I had a "conversation" after the game and shook hands.
There is definitely a reason why Frosty is not being picked but
he was not willing to elaborate on it.

Gents , your support has been amazing for all players at this
club and we are all very frustrated with the run of results and
selection (hands up) but this saga has run its cause before
someone makes a film out of it .
so hopefully yesterday was the corner that we needed to turn and
that injection of confidence from the win is what the team
       needed
       Merry Christmas
