Just read the Match report on the Club Site. Only comments by
a Coach is from Smithy. Heard nothing from the Club, but is
Anthony Posa still with us. Has he left or is he away for
another reason. No info coming out tends to cause rumours to
circulate.
I don't want to hear any rumours, only facts. We are not a
Soccer Club, so just because a team is not winning, it shouldn't
automatically mean that the Head Coach has to leave. Theres
more to a team being on a bad run than the input of one Coach.
We do have two joint Head Coaches, so if only one leaves what
does that say.
Anthony Posa MIGHT have been sacked, he MIGHT have resigned, he
MIGHT be off sick, or he MIGHT still be with us.
A little info would be welcomed.

Unfortunately it's the way with the club very poor at keeping
the supporters informed

Ants normally comments so maybe with Smiffy being absent at
times it was his turn.

Looking to the weekend we have a tough game and its likely a 0
pointer. Anything else is a bonus and likewise the week after.
This week Sale play Ionians so are likely to move on. Plymouth,
Mosely and cambridge all have tough games so if they go right
for us we may remain three wins adrift.
The following week Plymouth and Moseley have winnable games.
Cambridge have Richmond. So the following week we could drop
further behind a few teams. Consequently by the 7th December we
could still be 11 points behind cambridge but at least 15 points
behind everyone else.
So inspired coaching over the next few weeks is required and it
would be nice to enter the new year only 2 games behind,
although I think it will be 3.

Posa was at the game and did his usual post match bollocking of
the players in the huddle!!

I couldn't make it to the game on Saturday, in bed all day
Friday and most of Saturday with the sickness bug, but I'm happy
to hear that Anthony was there, and with the Boys tonight. We
are in a bad place at the moment, but I doubt that swapping
Coaches would give us an immediate lift.
Maybe bringing in 3 or 4 more experienced players might help,
but where would we get them from ?. Maybe another 3 or 4
Loan/DR players would give us a boost. I think that the Playing
Style / Tactics of the Team are good, but they are not being
executed as well as they should be. Everyone involved with the
Team has to keep battling and give 100%, and at the end of the
season if that's not been good enough, then so be it.
Then it will be National League Division Two North, and off we
go again. But until / If, we are in that inevitable position,
we must keep giving our full support and who knows, it a couple
of months time, we might be smiling.

Might be right winger but I am not convinced that more of the
same will win out, unless it has an immediate impact. I hope we
bring home a win from Blackheath but it is a tall order. Maybe
there has been some inspired coaching this week that will enable
gaps to be created and the pack to be able to stand up. The
injury rumours however suggest we may have further pack
complications. We shall see. 4 would be brilliant.
