Some excellent comments in each post, which shows the passion
felt for the Team/Club. We know we don't have a bad team or bad
players, we know that they can play at this level and quite a
few have played higher, so why are we where we are in the
League.
I try never to Knock the Club but have to agree that the time is
now to have a review of the season so far. In any sport when a
Team/Club is not doing well it's the Manager / Coach who takes
the fall. I don't always agree with this but it's got to be
the first thing you look at. Two or Three players in a game can
have an off day but can be covered by the other players on the
field, or from the Subs Bench, but if the Style of Play /
Tactics are not producing winning results then the blame game
is narrowed. Three wins in Ten games shows that what's
happening on the field is not working, so any Coach (s) worth
their salt, should be looking to change their systems, even if
it means a complete change of Style and Tactics. What we have
now is not working, so do we carry on in the same way or do we
change. That is in the hands of the 3 men Running/Coaching
the Squad, I wish them luck, we certainly need some.
Sheff Tigers won again yesterday with, on loan, Jack Roberts in
the Centre. Donny are struggling with injuries but still let
Jack go.
Could we do with him Now, did we try to get him ?
Last week in the Coventry V Doncaster game there were 12 ex
Titans on show.
P.S. like us Donny are having a Poor season. Upto now this
season Sheff Tigers are the most successful Club. Good on them.

Jack Roberts came on as sub and made a couple of brilliant runs,
one of which led to a Tigers try

Rotherham, Leicester, Cardiff, Doncaster, now on the bench at
Sheffield Tigers in National 2. No disrespect to Sheffield, but
what went wrong.

Seb Nagle-Taylor (2) and Jack Preece with tries for Hartpury as
they stuffed Leeds.

That's what we are missing this season a seb nt, he used to be
able to make a break through the line, where as this season we
can spend loads of time in the opposition 22 but we don't seem
to be able to break through their line. Also I've noticed we
seem to be taking penalty points rather than the corner and line
out, which is great when you have some points on the board and
those 3 points can make a difference, but lately if we didn't
have penalty points we'd have nowt on the board at all! Not sure
of the answer, we have big tall and strong in the pack we have
fast in the back, sometimes I thought we weren't getting the
ball to the wings but when we do we get closed down, think
there's got to be some big decisions to be made soon!

Seems to me we haven't a clue how to close a game out can't
remember how many games we have lost in the last play or last
minutes of games .Saturday was a classic example we were leading
with 5 minute's to go but managed to concede 17 points may be
this is due to a lack of fitness or just not being street wise
enough to waste a bit of time like other teams.

I noticed that with the Rams we are far too polite! We thought
the ball had gone out so we all stopped playing then they
dummied it and ran it straight down! Then the quick throw ins
threw us for a loop, it's like other teams are playing quick
decisions and we're on the back foot! The Rams also did a sneaky
maul as well they were pushing the maul then their 12 out of
nowhere picked the ball from the back and ran it down the line
before we'd even realised that the ball was out! If we could get
this team going it would be amazing, Sam and Morgan are
fantastic kickers and we have so much potential just wish we
could catch a break let lads get some wins under their belts.
