Except at Chinnor, when a score to us was immediately followed
by another score to us from the restart.

I wasnt at the game so I cant really comment on that. My dad
kept me up to date with the scores and it was very dissapointing
to read.
From what I have seen this season we have the attributes in the
squad to be a decent team in this league but something isnt
clicking. For me its the coaching. Im not at the practices etc
so I dont know exactly what goes down but for me there are to
many chiefs and not enough indians.
In my opinion I would have Ants Posa as 'Head Coach' and Matt as
Forwards coach, that way we would be singing from 1 hym sheet
rather than 2.
Not nocking Matt at all as he is an asset to the club however he
plays full time professional rugby for Doncaster which does make
me question his availability to put everything into being a
'Head Coach' .
Might be controversial but I am just being honest in what I see.
You need a commander at the top then guys supporting from
underneath. Not commandeders. Got to be confusing as a player.
We will survive this season but I am skeptical that we will get
to anything above half way.
Onwards to next week. 5 points is a must.

Matt being absent on match day is massive!
I mentioned this at the start of the season.

Agreed. We could do with someone to replace Matt on matchdays
that he cant attend. Rikki Stout would be my choice,
particularly whilst injured. Bags of experience at this Level
and the Champ. Great leader too. Could coach from the Pitch
whilst playing.

Matt Smith was there when we played Richmond but it didn't seem
to make much difference.

Ricky has been at all the games on the touch line since he was
injured.

Think the point is being made as a possibility for him to play a
big role with him being on the squad. Well Rams is now a must
win to get us back on track.

Just a thought; did we bring in too many players who had not
played before, taking the win for granted?
Also, looking at the last few games (Chinnor excepted), do we
need 2 backs on the bench as one injury puts a lot of people out
of position?

Been saying it all season we should be going with 1 prop, 1
hooker (or 2 props if we have someone who can cover hooker) a
back 5 forward and then 2 backs. Also think that 7 changes from
the week before was a disaster waiting to happen.
