Yes rolling maul have us Dow mainly as a 5-0 or 5-1 defeat. Lets
prove them wrong, we will triumph.

Pretty good first half. A few silly errors but that is to be
expected in the first competitive half of the season. Started a
little shaky but we gained the momentum and looked the better
side by half time. Long way to go yet.
Come on Roth. Lets start the season right!

Weak tackling is costing us otherwise we would be well into this
game. Missed tackles allowing gaps to open and putting pressure.
Not a bad start, Rosslyn showing tighter defence and that is the
key difference for me so far.

just beginning to turn against us now in the latter stages, sin
bin 31-14 with 14 minutes to go. Game slipping unless we score
pretty quickly with 14 men on the field. Score is a fair one
though so far.

Lineout to the back fails again. We have not got this move in
our arsenal yet and it fails at key times. Lets try to secure
and drive. These small margins are the difference in this game.
Frustrating.

38-14 with about 5 minutes to go. Comfortably beaten towards the
end, Rosslyn breaking tackles and creating more space. Good
learning curve for us though. Few more games under our belt to
get up to the speed of the top end and we should then do well.
Not far off but just enough for it to make this difference.

Try Roth 38-19. 3rd try 1 minute to go, another try for a bonus
point would be good.
