       Training and the coming season.

Has anyone been to watch any of the Training Sessions. If yes,
what's your opinion of how things are going, and what the squad
looks like. We've made some very good signings and there's
       certainly some leaders amongst them.
I'm really looking forwards;again; to the new season, and would
like to think that we could finish at least two, possibly three
       places higher than last season.
Of course we're not the only Club to have signed good players,
and I believe that this season will be tougher than the last.
I'm looking to us having a good and entertaining season with far
more Wins than Losses, but of course time will tell.
As usual we will give the squad, Old and New, our best possible
       support both Physical and Vocal.
Not long now and we'll be embarking on our next adventure, with
hopefully mainly calm seas with not too many stormy periods.
I'll make the first prediction and say ----------- 4th

I have not seen any training however with us retaining some
players from last season I am sure it will give us a bit of
       momentum going into next season.
We look to have signed some good players this year and the squad
looks stronger on the whole but only time will tell.
I think 4th is a good estimate Winger. Elthamians, Chinnor,
Darlington, Plymouth, Blackheath all look like they will have
strong squads among others so I agree with this season being
       even stronger than last.
My sensible prediction is definite top 5 and being ambitious
       2nd.
Looking forward to the new season.

With the re-signing of Allen - Cook - Dunn - Field - Leake and
Dever we have a good set of Backs. The addition of Tom Bullough
and Tom Williams has added more strength and ability. I would
like to see these two lads in the Centres at 12 (Bullough) and
at 13 (Williams). I think Tom Bullough will be one to watch,
       he has Class.

I think you are right. At 9 and the whole three quarters from
last year look sound - anything that strengthens that is good.
How we go at 10 and 15 will be important.
Front row looks solid, 2nd row too. Zak is a good retention
from last year's back row. Who will complete the 6, 7, 8 line
       up?

A good back row three working together, to me, is the driving
       force between Forwards and Backs.
Zac Poole - Lewis Wilson - Anthony Maka. This is
the Back Row I would like to see start the first league game.

Every team should AIM to finish at the top of their League, but
thats not always the position that supporters think they will
       finish in.
We look at where teams finished last season and how they played.
We look at who they have retained and the quality of the new
       players they have brought in.
We then have a GUESS has to which position they will finish in.
Its basically a Stab in the Dark.
If we finish 1st, I'll buy myself a Bottle of Jameson's and get
       P**se*
If we finish 2nd I'll be very, very happy
If we finish 3rd I'll be very happy
If we finish 4th I'll be happy
If we finish 5th or 6th I'll be dissapointed
If we finish 7th or 8th I'll be very dissapointed
If we finish 9th or 10th I'll be very, very dissapointed
If we finish below 10th I'll buy myself a bottle of Jameson's
and pour it down the sink. Thats how bad I'll feel.
The next day I'll start to look forward to the 2020 - 21 season,
and have another guess has to which position we'll finish in.

       Top 5 is my prediction.
I’ve watched training and it’s too early to accurately judge.
However this is a fantastic and competitive league week in week
       out.
I became frustrated by the large gaps in the championship
       fixtures.

I'll stick to Jamesons while watching the Rugby, but to get
into the spirit of where its being held, I might have a plate
       of Sushi with it.
