Congratulations to Martin and staff on finding and signing these
players and keeping the players he could , I was excited to see
what Roth had but even more excited to get the season going

My apologies but I said this at end of last season "Just
remember that I talked to Anthony Dickinson on Saturday in third
half and he said he was staying next season. Sure it was him and
not Jack Bergmanas, both got beards?
Did have a few beers as it was last home game of the season.
Almost 100% it was Anthony though."
Looks like it was Jack I was talking to and not Anthony. I will
have to stop drinking so much before, during and after the
match. So unless anyone else knows differently, Anthony can be
removed from the latest squad.

Really can’t wait for the new season to begin some very good
signings mixed with very good players staying .. still sticking
with my prediction of a top 4 finish this year but more
importantly welcome home toby

Best wishes to Joe on his new venture, I would love to think
that leaving the Club was 100% his decision.
Twelve players retained and I'm pleased about every one of them
staying. The re-signing of Toby is a massive bonus for us.
Sixteen new signings, upto now, and apart from Toby they are all
unknowns to me, so will spend sometime, after Tea, checking up
on them.
Initial reaction, Brilliant, we are on our way to Kicking of the
new season, and as always I'm fully anticipating a good season
ahead.

of people say hi to the new guys and welcome them to Roth.
Toby, of course, doesn’t do Twitter, but I’m sure he knows just
how pleased we all are to have him back!

I went up to my local Club tonight and had a good chat, and much
reminiscing, with Joe Bedford. He told me that in signing our
New Head Coach, Anthony Posa, we have got a Top Man. He says
the fact that he has worked (coached) with a lot of our players
will be a bonus has he will already know about their abilities
and attitude. Sounds good to me.

Things are looking good, aren't they?
With Will, Ricki and Toby as props and Jack hooking, we would
have the basis of a front row that would do well at this level.
We have proven 2nd rows too from last season. Connor Dever was
first choice scrum half for the second half of the season. Dan
Leake, Jamie Cooke, Harry Dunne and Connor Field would have been
my first choice three quarter line-up.
So the questions to answer are around 10 and 15. And who can
step into Seb's shoes.
Then with all the new lads to strengthen it... and a couple more
to come perhaps.
I thought Joe Barker did very well as a player coach, but having
the full coaching staff on the touchline has to give you a
better view of things.
Looking forward to the friendlies, wherever they may be.
