When you’ve got 3-4 mins to save the game is it the time to
huddle then saunter up to the most important line out of the
match ?

Their facilities are really good and it was inordinate value for
money. £10 to sit in a big and open stand. The people sat near
us were really good rugby fans, good banter and funny with it.
It was a genuine Rugby club. I enjoyed the visit to Sale FC.
Parking at the ground etc - couldn’t have wished for more - but
did wish we had those facilities.

Well, we've nicked a few at the death ourselves this year, so I
suppose one was going to go the other way at some point.

Yes we have nicked a few - Moseley must be the biggest steal.
All balances out. However we should have sewn up yesterdays
game.

Currently this IS a good season for us, and at the end of it,
I'm sure we'll all say this HAS been a good season. But upto
now this has been a Frustrating season. We've Won more than
we've Lost, but we SHOULD have WON more.
In some of the games we've Won, the squad have shown just how
good they are, but even in these games we've given away Position
and Point through silly mistakes. I know the squad only train a
couple of times a week but after 19 games most of these mistakes
should have been improved on by now. Of course the Oppositions
play and the Referee dictates some of the decisions that go
against them, but too often Basic errors have cost us dearly.
How many times do we Drop/Knock-on the ball, Hold on to the
ball on the ground, Kick the ball away aimlessly. These things
are done by other Teams but I'm not bothered about them.
My biggest bugbear is the amount of Kicking the Ball high into
the air that we do, unless its to clear our Line. Aimless
kicking, in the hope that the Opposition will drop the ball,
although carried out by Every team in Every league, is not a
good substitute for running with the Ball and backing up the
Ball carrier, a quick release and run again.
What percentage of High Ball is dropped, I'd say no more than
5%, so basically it's giving the Ball away.
END OF RANT
When most of the games in this League are tight, why would we
have one of the League's top Goalkickers on the bench.

If we had a proven 10 we’d be top!
No disrespect meant to Barks as I think he’s achieved miracles
after last season.

As I said in an earlier post, we need Irvine at 10. And our
best Goalkicker on the field as much has possible.
10 Irvine 9 Dolly or Dever 15 Dolly or Leake
Unless we can afford to bring in a Dedicated 10 Then
9 Dolly 15 Irvine
