Thought score st half time was a fair reflection as was the full
time score. We had more power up front but their backs were very
sharp and dangerous. Their forwards were also dangerous but we
had much more power it seemed. All in all a very good test and I
enjoyed the game. Very much missing the shed though.

I think a mix of all 3 Rothoik. Durham were a good side and
deserved to be up at half time. They probably deserved a few
more points on the score sheet too, they had some dangerous
backs and played good rugby. Being young lads they just lacked
that bit of power up front but they didn't back down.
Good final test, hopefully the coaches have seen enough now to
determine the starting line up for next week. The start of the
season doesn't get much tougher. Cov at home, Wuss away then
Bedford at home. 3 sides you would expect to be top 4 really.
Rest up and train well lads.

Having been to the Newcastle game last week and also The Durham
match, it certainly demonstrated to me the depth of the squad we
have this year. I felt that the players who played against
Newcastle are much more likely to be in the starting lineup next
weekend against Coventry and the Durham fixture was to give
others a final chance to put their hand up for selection.
