PITCH ROTATION

Unfortunately I have been unable to attend any of the warm up
matches because of holiday commitments. I was wondering the
views of those that have attended what their opinions are on the
pitch being rotated.

Pitch size is great improvement in my opinion. Great for our
backs this season as demonstrated in the first half yesterday.
They were awesome with the space available.
Regarding rotation the jury is out.
Didn't enjoy last week's game so much on halfway at ground
level. Yesterday went back to The Shed and found it an
improvement at higher level although watching game from the end
of pitch is not my favourite place. I'm sure that when new
stands are installed at sides of pitch it will be a great
improvement on what we had before.

Hope the smashed up concrete outside the clubhouse is not how
it's going to stay.
It not very good if you have dodgy legs

Wether we like it or not, ìf the Club hadn't committed to the
ground improvements we wouldn't be playing in the Championship
this season.
I've stood in the Shed, level with the Half-Way line, to watch
the games since it was first erected, and will miss being there,
I don't like watching the game from behind the posts.
Until the planned changes are completed we will have to be
patient. I understand that at least Three more Stands are to be
built. Then there should be plenty of places to Stand or Sit,
to suit all ( or most ? ), supporters.

With growth comes change. I wasn't happy either but to move
forward it must be done. I always stood in the top left corner
of the shed as you look at it. I loved that stand and the
atmosphere. Some amazing memories there. I am sad to have to
find a new place. The stand going in front of the new white
building could be a great new spot when that is finished.
We are moving into a new era and with that change is inevitable.
This is only the start, wait until it is finished then I think
judge the ground. Football clubs move grounds, it is never an
easy thing to go through but we have to modernise to survive and
succeed.
We want to have a brilliant place to watch rugby, we want better
facilities. Hopefully this is what is coming.
What I do want is terraced stands on the half way line with a
low roof like the shed to help amplify our noise. Us fans make
the atmosphere and Roth fans are hands down the best at that!

My argument is the smashed concrete it's a tripping hazard and
dangerous if you are not very stable on your feet.

I think you may not get your stand on half-way, Chris; the
basis for the new media tower are already in place on that spot.
Whatever happens, we will get used to it - by half-time, I had
forgotten the pitch had been turned.

Oh yes the media tower is there, either way though I do believe
a stand is going next to that which I would be very happy with.
Anywhere near the half way line. I think some ground work may
already have started? It looked like it at least. There may a
stand at either side of the media tower potentially?
It would be great to see an image of the final design / layout
the club are going for.
I would also imagine more will be done with the gravel area. We
have only had a few months since the end of last season so I
think the club have done well so far. These things take time to
get right.

Technical areas may come either side of the tower? Don't know if
stands will be behind them?
