       RFU Announcement re: season start dat

       RFU have put back the start of community rugby season to the
       21st Sept, for player welfare under the current drought
       conditions. Not sure what levels this encompasses but presume it
       doesn't affect us.

       Presumably, at our level, they assume clubs can afford to water
       their pitch?

       All levels below National 2. National 1 & 2 to make their own
       decisions based on local conditions and club infrastructure
       (hosepipe bans & irrigation).
