It's tough, we want to see success and growth on the pitch and
ground and that costs money. However the prices do feel high. It
would be interesting to see a comparison against other champ
clubs and also the Millers.
For me I'm happy to support the club, see us grow on the pitch
and our facilities improve but also do not want to see
supporters iced out by too high ticket price.

There is no way we can build up a serious fan base at those
prices ! From a concession standpoint it has jumped from £10 to
£25 in a flash ? You just won’t get many supporters in at these
prices. It appears to me that the directors are out of touch,
nevertheless it’s their decision!

Im not a regular at Clifton Lane but last year I thought the
prices were too cheap for entry. My feeling was the prices
hadn't changed in 15 years. The club has assembled a great squad
and it needs paying for. In today's money. I feel the issue is
marketing and growing the juniors. That's the way to get
loyalty. Glad to see they are actively encouraging recruitment
for junior teams. But it's been awful for 20years. Ref donny
price comparison their sugar daddies are funding the club make
no bones about it and have the means to do it. Compare the
prices to other none sugar daddy clubs would be my thoughts.

A bit of a comparison.
Hartpury - £18 adult in advance, £20 on the day. £15
concessions, U16's free
Caldy - Adult £20, 16-18 £5, U16's free
Chinnor - Adult £20, £15 concessions, U10's free
Ealing - Adults £20, £15 concessions, then £2 to £10 for younger
ones
The likes of Worcester are, in my opinion, very expensive for
the Champ, but maybe a special case.
As I have said elsewhere, as a fan, I accept the increase,
although I think it is a steep jump and is very unlikely to
attract new supporters. You can go to see The Millers for £27
seated as a local comparison, with all the 'luxury' that comes
with it, so will the football supporters, when it's an away day,
pay our prices?

Season ticket prices for my age group works out the same as NYS
£17 a game, and the same for pay on the day £25 for non members
(seating) Membership is now £35 which saves £65 if you attend
all the 13 home games plus the savings behind the bar so a
relatively easy decision for me. I'm conflicted between the
clubs ambitions and the potential limitations growing the fan
base, it may be off putting to curious Millers fans who attend
occasionally when they are away from home.

If you’re not a regular at Clifton Lane it doesn’t really matter
how much entry price is ! If you are one of the 600 regulars
then equally you can get a season ticket and it reportedly works
out at £14 pounds a match which seems to be about the average
entrance in this division for a concession ? If you just turn up
ad-hoc then it’s expensive and I doubt that you can build up a
fan base at these prices ? Do we really need to have 52 players
? half of these will never get on the grass, we normally work
with about 38 players ? It must make life more difficult for
everybody concerned ! a couple of seasons ago we started with 33
players and when I asked why Lyndsay said that’s all we can
afford and we are employing multi tasking type players to cover
the shortfall.
