Squad Announcement Timetable

Is there any news or idication as to when the club will start
its signings "reveal" , is it after the summer and near the
start of the season, can't remember from last time. We know we
have JB and TG and HB and rumoured to be signing Russell
Bennett, but when does the fun start? ;D

Last season the fixtures were released on 9th of June, and the
first "reveal" was the following day at the first TT of the new
campaign.

I’d forgotten that the Champ starts about a month later than Nat
1 and 2.
I’ve got withdrawal symptoms now, so don’t know what I’ll be
like by October! 🙁

My Blackheath contact tells me that he believes the Champ season
starts on 19th September, which I suppose is not too bad given
quite a few people are still away early September before the
schools re-open.

Don’t normally mention anything until announced by the club but
Sheffield have announced on X the signing of Sinjin Broad.

Sinjin Joining Sheffield is interesting. I thought he looked
sharp for Rotherham. Joining a team one league down, suggests
that he wasnt going to be retained despite being the clear No2
behind JB. This leads me to believe that perhaps we have
recruited strongly at Scrum half....?

Surprised about Harry Gilson-Fox leaving, he was a regular
starter. Anyone know if he's been released or another club have
signed him?
