All I know is that he was in the original 15 but a late change
was made and that Sinjin Broad came onto the bench.

Hard lines. It was always going to be a tough game and we knew
March was going to be a hard month.
Let’s bounce back with a big win next week.

Povey -------- Bad Injury
JB -------------- Calf Strain
Disappointing result, but the Bonus Point has kept us at the Top
of the Table. We really need to Beat Plymouth next Saturday and
I'm confident that we will.

Yes I did hear about Rob from one of my Blackheath contacts so I
hope he makes a speedy recovery.
All the best to all the lads and like you Winger I am confident
we can overcome Plymouth, but most of our games with them are
very close, home or away.

We lost fair and square to a good team, but the referee was
poor, some of the penalty decisions were baffling to say the
least, and he can’t spot a non straight line out right in front
of him. The game needed a good referee, and unfortunately it
didn’t get one.
Not an excuse, on to next week. If Povey is injured, I wonder if
we’ll be able to get the Scottish lad Rutherford back. If not
it’ll have to be Lloyd at 10, and when he plays there, we miss
him in the midfield.

Shame to hear about Rob, what an outstanding 10 he is for us who
plays at the international level. Hopefully it isn't too bad.
Rutherford looked dangerous in the game he played for us and
will be a good option, certainly a physical and attacking 10.
Lloyd always does a great job at 10 also and Mitchell is
arguably stronger in the centres than on the wing. We have James
Norman to slot in on the wing too who has been prolific when he
has played.
I'm sure what ever the combination we opt for the lads will put
in a massive effort and get back to winning ways on Saturday. I
fancy us against anyone at home!

When Sinjin came on to replace Rob, it seemed to me that
Mitchell looked more at home in the centre than on the wing, and
it is his preferred position.
