I feel that there is a real buzz and feel good factor
surrounding the club at the present time. This was evident at
today’s match where The Shed was roayally enterained by an
excellent team performance culminated by the bonus point try.
This is due to no small part by the commitment of the board. I
have also been pleasantly surprised by the catering staff
willingness to involve the fans in improving what they do. THANK
YOU

Good post Rucko, agree with all you say.
I also say THANK YOU to the Club. When this squad was being
assembled I knew very little about a lot of them, but what a
great group of Lads we have. The feel good factor is not just
felt by us, the supporters, talk to the Lads they are also on a
high.
The whole squad is now playing as one. Still a few things to
tighten up on, but overall a PLEASURE to watch.

Jenks put his reputation on the line with this squad!
Many had concerns but his faith in these young lads is being
vindicated!

Agree with all of that - this is a cracking season so far.
Teams are very close to each other making for great games also

Is this the time to try and tie down these players with
contracts that will carry on till the end of next season, before
the Championship and Premiership start looking at our players?

I spoke at length to Seb after the game yesterday, part of
which was my thoughts regarding Player Retention for next
season. I'm not going to repeat, at this time, what was said,
but it pleased me.
My thoughts at this time ---- If we have a successful season,
not necessarily promotion, I believe that we will have an
excellent chance of re-signing a majority of our current squad,
As long has we make them feel welcome, and as supporters,
continue to encourage them as we have done this season, with our
Vocal support, that could go a long way in helping them to make
a decision.
Seb told me how much the Lads appreciate the support coming from
the Crowd, and the sheer Volume of noise lifts them.
After a game I walk over to shake the hands of the players and
offer a few kind words. I'd love to see a few more supporters
doing this instead of leaving after the final whistle. It only
takes a few minutes and a few words of congratulations means a
lot to the Players.

Will do that winger but don't like intruding after they have
given their all but if the players are happy for that consider
it a priority

Very much agree with what has been said about Jenks and the
board. We get a lot less money than what we got in the
Championship so to go and get a virtually new squad that is
being this successful is a fantastic job well done!

I'm sure that the only money we get from the RFU is to pay for,
or to help pay for, the Squads travel to Away games.
