I know that some players will be disappointed, but consistency
of squad selection when on a winning run, is paramount.
Players playing together for a good number of games, brings a
consistency in play. The current matchday squad are learning
every game, and improving. Of course 3 or 4 injuries can alter
the balance of the squad, but then that's what training sessions
are for, and I have every confidence that whoever comes in will
perform well.
When we were bringing in 30+ new players from lots of different
Clubs, we must have all wondered what this season would bring,
well I must say that I'm really pleased with how things are
going.
The last time we won 4 league games on the trot was when we won
the last 4 games of the 2014 / 15 season. We beat ----------
Moseley (A), Doncaster (H),, Nottingham (A), Scottish (H)
Esher will not be easy, but the way our lads are playing, they
have an excellent chance of coming home with the win.
