For some one who played quite a few premiership games for Quins
last season he should have stood out in our league but for me he
never did that's just my opinion.

I think that Matt Shields is a good Prop as we may well see when
he turns out for Edinburgh. He's signed until the end of the
season, to replace Italy International Michele Rizzo, recalled
from loan by Leicester.
If we had one of our current England Props (or any other
position) would he be outstanding in every game for us, NO
He may well look better than the Props we have, but for any
GOOD player to be consistantley GOOD, he needs other GOOD
players around him.

No idea but i feel 2 players isnt enough to change our fate at
the moment.
I'd say we need a proven player across most positions,
For me to survive we need
1 prop,
1 big 18 - 20st aggressive / line out specialist second row,
a Preecey like 7,
an out and out ball carrying / hard tackling 8,
a 10 who can control and dictate a game,
A line breaking 12
I rate Jake Henry, Ben Foley and Will Thomas as a back 3 and if
they were regularly receiving quality ball on the break the 3 of
them would score a lot of tries!
