A brilliant game today against top opposition you could tell why
they'd won the league even when a man down. Every player was
brilliant again but that was a well earned man of the match for
Jack townend even if just for that try. Thought Ronnie du randt
had another stormer as well as harry newborn and cookie

Yes, great game and an excellent season - 2 seasons in fact.
Great team performance with some outstanding individual moments.
We both agreed on Jack Townwend for MoM, not just for the
fantastic try - great catch, then 60-odd yards through the
middle of the top team in the league - but made every catch, and
then got the ball away when under pressure. Magic.
But others were great as well: Lloyd and Cookie were dangerous
as ever, Harry Newborn was everywhere, Cappsie was in command
(loved the way he finished the game), half backs distributed
really well, our kicking really hurt them, and fantastic tries
also from Ronnie and John.
Well done all.

Agree with all the above, great game, some excellent tries,
passion & commitment from both sets of players, great result. In
addition to Jack & Lloyd, think Travis deserves a mention
thought he did well as captain. Really hope we can keep this
coaching team & the bulk of the playing team for next season,
inevitably there will be some departures (believe Ronnie is
moving on) and new arrivals, but to retain the bulk of this
squad will be a solid foundation to build on next season. Well
done to everyone associated with the club .
