At the end of last season I wasn't sure if I would buy a season
ticket. But having grasped the nettle I did. I must say I
enjoyed the game fast running rugby. How we will fare when the
ground is wet and sticky is another question. But I'm looking
forward to the rest of the season seeing the players develop. If
we don't get promoted not a problem but would like to see a
settled squad for a few seasons

       John
I agree with you regarding Luis Ball, outstanding player. When
I was typing the above post, I started to think that if I go
through all the Players, my post will end up looking like a
version of War and Peace, so I selected just a few.
As I said above, I think that all the Lads played well, not
really a weakness in any position.
       Malc
Well said, particularly "would like to see a settled squad for a
few seasons". Now wouldn't that be something worth seeing,
and not having to put 20+ new face's to names at the start of
       every season.
We got the Biggest write up in the Rugby Paper.

It would be fantastic if next years Titans Squad 2019-20 had
just one post saying "Same as last years"!

Well any good players will be creamed off. I think we all know
       that.

       Enjoyable game and promising performance.
Have to agree with the positive posts about many of the players.
Seb, Tom Allott, Callum Irvine, Henry Roberts, Luis Ball all
       look sharp.
Anyone think Josh Nott has got a bit of the Scully about him?
Don't think the kick was an alignment issue: he lined the first
one up to miss left, presumably so that his left foot would
naturally drift it to the right. After it fell off, he lined it
up the same. Unfortunately he got a bit of a slice on it as the
ball set off in the intended direction but the moved to the left
       as it neared the posts.
Got a family 'do' on next week, so looking forward to Rosslyn
       Park.

Maybe but not convinced - the 2 alignments were different. Maybe
the rush was more the issue. would like the settled squad but
Seb should be playing at a higher level. Standout

He should be playing at a higher level now, but thankfully
decided to join the Titans. If this season goes well, we could
try and entice him to stay by re-signing him as a Player /
Coach. Whatever happens we should enjoy watching him play for
us this season, there's a long way to go.

Well lots of good words on many of the players but we still lost
! So where do we need to improve / what positions are we lite in
? Are or you saying it is totally a question of bonding,
getting to know and trust in each other, or are their other
shortages ie, rolling maul tries, poor scrummage, or the usually
line out deficiencies, in shots where do we need to improve ?

Defensive lapses cost us dear WR.
Also failed to score from line out near their line by rollin
       maul.
Then failed to defend maul near our line resulting in try.
Our hooker and one prop played the full game which is a huge
       ask.
