Plymouth is yet another team in our league using a premiership
club to boslster squad. They have just announced a couple of
short term loans from Exeter Chiefs; local rising star Englands
U20 centre Israel Akinrowo and South African prop Ethan Burger.

       Looking forward to the game. Plymouth have hit form recently;
think they got losing bonus point against Rams. Could be close.
Shame no John Okafor. Anyone know how he is doing?

3 yellow cards in the second half made it very difficult for us
but to come away with the win despite the cards shows we have a
       great team.
Plymouth are a very good side so again a great performance to
       come away with the win.

Very important win for the lads today under extremely difficult
circumstances. Possibly the most shambolic display of
officiating we have seen. Very quick to penalise Roth and give
yellows but missed high tackles by Plymouth, missed a clear
tackle of our catcher in the air. The mess with wrong numbers of
players on the field. The skinny touch judge, after intervening
to get another Roth player carded, then ran to the wrong end of
the pitch for the penalty! Talk about clueless. Never seen
       anything like it.
So a win, despite it being 12 against 18 for some of the time,
       felt absolutely huge.

Thank god someone else has mentioned the officials, totally
inept ,totally spoilt it for us paying supporters, I do believe
the referee has been before and he was totally inept then ,do
they get assessed don't think so

Totally agree about some of the officiating, which was also
borne out by live stream by Plymouth Albion. They were totally
mystified by the penalty restart and were left speechless and
unable to agree with the contact in the air on du Randt. That
being said the squad need to be aware of how this referee was
interpreting the tackle and off side line going down to 13
players is inexcusable. The team must be elated by winning it at
the death. I’m not certain that kicking the ball whilst chasing
a game is the correct approach l would much prefer to see it
       kept in the hands.
