Why do we keep having coaches leave us part way into the season?
Do we have clauses in the contracts to ensure they are only let
go of the club wants them gone? Second time we are on a winning
streak and coach goes elsewhere and before that we have a spate
of demoralising trends that leave us stranded. How do we make
this much of a mess of things that we lose key staff mid season?
I hope we don’t have another hash job with offers collapsing
again while leaving us without a solid replacement that fits in
with the team and can push them to bigger and better things???

I've just looked on Google regarding Lee Blackett. He said
that he enjoyed being Head Coach at Wasps. He went from Wasps,
after their collapse, and joined the Scarlets in Wales as
Attack Coach. When at Wasps he bought a Family Home in the
Midlands. At Scarlets he says that he often felt bored being
Assistant Coach after having the more hands on job of Head
Coach. He's now at Bath, but still not as Head Coach, Does he
still feel Bored ??.
Has Shakespeare wrote " There are stranger things in Heaven and
Earth Horatio than we can dream of in our Philosophy ".
Lee Blackett coming back to the Titans as Head Coach is
something that we can only dream of --------------------- BUT
HAPPY DREAMS
It's a Long commute from the Midlands to Bath, Rotherham is
Closer.
PS If I've got the Shakespeare quote wrong, I apologise, but
it's near enough.

Doubt we can pay Lee what he's getting at Bath ultimately he
will end up at a premiership club as head coach so I reckon
that's all it is Rog a dream

Gary has probably gone because Harvey Biljon has been brought in
over his head .
I wonder if we will lose Clive Griffiths and Tomasi as well as
Gary brought them in.

We DON'T KNOW why Gary has left the Club, we will know
eventually. Harvey Biljon coming in on a Short Term consultancy
position wouldn't necessarily have effected Gary's position.
Did Gary tell the Club that he wanted to leave, before they
appointed Harvey as a Stop-Gap whilst looking for a New Coach.
Has Gary been offered a Position at another Club. Has Gary had
a falling out with the Club, tho the Club says that they parted
by Mutual Agreement. Has Harvey come to the Club Short term
while looking for a position at a Higher ranking club, I can't
see him staying for long.
I don't know the answers to what's happening so will wait until
the Club makes an Official Statement.
With all the Qualifications and Experience that Tomasi has,
maybe he could step up Short term, or longer?
