Great first half.
Then the ref turned the game on its head. Whether it was a try
or not, there was no way he could award one from where he was. I
think he just saw the ball grounded and assumed it was over the
line. I don't think there was an official within 30 yards. They
wouldn't have been able to see the line from there, let alone
make a judgement as to whether the ball had crossed it. It will
be interesting to see if anyone has photos of the event.
Great performance from the lads. The score didn't reflect the
game because of some tries they ran in when we were throwing
everything at it.
I was really impressed with the line out today. I can't remember
us losing one of ours.
Huddersfield away next: great ground, but we got a bit of a
shock there last time. Will be a good indication of progress?

I think the ref saw the Sedgley bench leaping to their feet so
he gave the try even though he was 30/40 yards away because ther
was noway he could have seen it.
I personally think he couldn't be happy with his overall
performance today.
