       The Shirt worn by Gareth against against New Zealand in 1973 is
       going for Auction.  It is estimated that it will go for between
       £150,000 and £200,000.
       In this game he scored what has been said by many to be the "
       Best Try Scored In Rugby ".
       Gareth finished off a Spectacular Seven-man move, started by
       Phil Bennett from in front of his own posts,  he sidestepped at
       least 5 All Black's before passing the Ball to JPR Williams. The
       rest they say is History.  If you watch a re-run of this Try
       look for the Tackle on Williams.   An automatic Red Card and
       Long Ban in today's Rugby but back then, nothing.
       The current record for a Rugby Shirt is £180,000.  This is a
       Shirt worn by All Black's Captain Dave Gallaher,  in NZ's tour
       of the British Isles in 1905 /06.

       And the TMO would have disallowed it for a forward pass by
       Quinnell...
