Excellent game. Wished we could have played like this all year.

So pleased for lads today.
A crap season but they’ve kept the faith throughout which speaks
volumes about their character.
If the season started today what would we achieve.

It was like the good old days had come back today. There was a
tremendous amount of vocal support from our supporters, which
I'm sure helped to lift our players. Leeds were a big, well
drilled team, but our lads never say die attitude meant that
when Leeds scored, they came back at them with stronger
determination. Some of our tackling was outstanding and held
Leeds attacks time after time. Our Scrum held up well against a
bigger and heavier set of Forwards and our lads took 3 Scrum
penalties off them.
Has Chris as said, Cheshires was the Try of the game, how he
managed to kick and "bend" the ball round his opposite number
was remarkably, it was then a run, pick up and dive over the
line.
Another game where the attendees can look back and say, "I was
there", and remember that we beat Leeds. That's always
something special.

The perfect way to sign off from the second tier at home with a
win against Leeds.
I don’t think any of us saw that coming, fantastic performance
from the boys.
The clubhouse was buzzing afterwards, a great pity that the
Leeds players and staff chose not to stay behind plus the four
visiting fans.
At least Sir Ian made the effort!
Nottingham away in a couple of weeks, would be lovely to see the
same level of commitment from the lads!

I hope the 2 week gap allows the time for a few of the boys get
back to fitness. We won yesterday with only 17 fit players on
the pitch. Most of the ‘bench’ couldn’t have come on even if
we’d wanted them to, even as water boys!

Very enjoyable game, great performance, excellent result - and
against Leeds.
Pie was good, weather pleasant. Perfect afternoon's
entertainment.

In previous seasons there have been many derogatory comments
made about Leeds supporters. I must say that at the end of the
match their fans around me commented that we, The Rotheteham
fans, helped win the match. They were also genuinely sad that we
were being relegated as they liked our fanatical support and
banter. Certainly a memorable day for the club.

All I can say is that the shed rocked like the old days and the
Lads wore the Rotherham Titans shirts with pride yesterday.
Great game of rugby to send the home crowd away with hope for
next season.
COME ON YOU ROTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
